We given cheapest price because not every users have that much of money to spend for server. We believe that we can give the same services that given by overseas hosting provider.
How do I register for my domain name?
You need to verify your domain name see is available to buy or not. If the domain name is available, we will immediately register your domain name after payment received. You need to filling our domain name registration form to proceed.
Can you register for my domain name before I make a payment?
We won't register your domain name until we received your payment. We only able to create your hosting account.
What is your payment method?
You can deposit/Online Transfer to us. The payment details can found at "PAYMENT" page. No credit card accepted at the moment.
Any hidden costs for your services?
No. All costs are listed on our website properly. We do not have any hidden costs unless for those want to increase their web space or bandwidth usage.
Can I access my server 24 hours a day?
You can access your server anytime/anywhere you want. 24 hours a day.
Can I transfer an existing domain name to your servers?
Yes, what you need to do is change your current DNS (Nameserver) to our Nameserver. It will take 24-48 hours to propagation.
How long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once InterNIC announces that your domain name has been registered, usually takes about 24 hours to be active.
How long does it take to set up a new account?
New accounts usually setup within 24-48 hours when we received your payment. We will send the details via email including your username, password and hostname. You can begin uploading files to your server.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or disk space quota?
We will contact you in advance to discuss possible options. You can upgrade your web space or bandwidth anytime you want.
Does it cost anything to upgrade my account?
There are extra charges for upgrading your hosting package, just let us know which package you would like to swift to.
